Tortellini With Turkey Sausage in Creamy Butternut Apple Sage

This is wonderful. I often serve this over rice or mix in with spaghetti noodles and top with a generous amt of parmasen cheese. I think it needs a lot of garlic, so put more in than you think you need. The squash are so bland, they need it. Enjoy!
