My husband's been talking about zucchini crisp for years. So, since we have an extra zucchini or eight I thought I'd check out this wonderful site. It's delicious and so simple to make. Thanks so much. (now only seven more to use up!)

MUCH easier than the other zucchini crisp recipes I've seen. It was great and I was amazed (so was my hubby) at how much it tasted like apples! This recipe made just enough to fill a deep dish pie plate or a small casserole dish. I did double the sugar in the filling because my family has a sweet tooth. But, we loved it! I'm making it again today for a BBQ!
