This is so easy and oh so good!! My dbf sliced the potatoes before I had a chance to tell him to cut them into strips - but they turned out delicious anyway!! Did flip them after about 15 minutes to roast them on both sides. Thanks Mary!

(10 stars) LOVE them! I have had them 3x in 2 day I omitted chs because of allergies and add crushed red pepper the 3rd time. I never want to buy fries again.

These are perfectly seasoned, allowing the taste of the potato to shine. I baked them on a parchment-covered baking stone following the recipe directions. Only change I will make next time is to not peel the potatoes. Thanks, Marie.

Yum! A wonderful compliment to our burgers last night. I cut the potatoes into rather thin strips so they were nice and crispy. The coating really adhered nicely and uniformly and gave them a beautiful color. I thought they were perfect, the kids found them a bit spicy, I'll just cut the pepper back on theirs next time. Love them with avocado oil or olive oil. Thanks, Marie, for another keeper!
