These potatoes were an instant hit in our family! The kids think they're getting a treat, and I have a simple, popular side dish to serve. Win-win! I like the recipe so much, I'm planning on making a bulk batch of seasoning. Thanks for posting it!

Tasty and very easy to make. I cut mine quite small and it only took about 10 mins in my small convection oven. I used olive oil as well and omitted the cheese. Will definitely make this again and again! Thanks!

These are perfectly seasoned, allowing the taste of the potato to shine. I baked them on a parchment-covered baking stone following the recipe directions. Only change I will make next time is to not peel the potatoes. Thanks, Marie.

Yum! A wonderful compliment to our burgers last night. I cut the potatoes into rather thin strips so they were nice and crispy. The coating really adhered nicely and uniformly and gave them a beautiful color. I thought they were perfect, the kids found them a bit spicy, I'll just cut the pepper back on theirs next time. Love them with avocado oil or olive oil. Thanks, Marie, for another keeper!
