I'm trying to use my microwave more for quick cooking, so this was a great find. Based on the other reviews, I cooked a little longer, about 20 minutes, stirring well after 10 minutes to make sure all the potatoes were evenly cooked. The Italian dressing was a nice coating for the potatoes; no additional butter or seasonings were required at the table.

A lovely simple way to do spuds, mine took a little longer than 15 mins, approx 18 mins but great flavour & great result, thanks!

Good and very easy to make. I followed the recipe as written except I didn't add the parsley as I am not a fan. I love using my microwave and these potatoes cooked up nicely. Mine cooked in the 15 minutes. Quick side dish.

We thought these were okay. Lots of flavor, to be sure, but the texture seemed chewy, which is not how I think potatoes should be. I used new potatoes, not sure if that made a difference or not.
