I too was skeptical of this recipe but I was so glad we tried it. It was so quick and easy to prepare. The chicken was very light and the sauce was delicious! Thanks for a great recipe I cant wait to make this again!

I was skeptical of this recipe before I made, but I must admit it was very good. I only used 2 chicken breasts and made the sauce according to directions. I did add 1 tsp. of worcestershire sauce to the mix as suggested in a previous review. The recipe is easy to follow and the chicken did not turn out dry. I will be making this again. Thanks Bergy.

I thought I was going to lick my plate ! This was so good I can't wait to make it again....even hubby was looking for seconds....too bad I didn't make more ! I didn't have any salsa so I made my own.....and added a cut up fresh peach.....YUMMY !! I will definitely make it the same way again....and I added some hot pepper flakes for a bit of kick.....just enough to counteract the sweetness ! Terrific recipe....I wish I could give this more than 5 starts !

Very tasty! I used pineapple peach salsa and even my DH who doesn't like fruit salsas thought it was great! The sauce would be good on pork, too.
