Very good.

SERVES 4 -6 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Heat butter, green pepper, celery, onion, oregano, garlic powder, & cayenne pepper until veggies are crisp.

    Add tomato juice. Heat to boil. Simmer for 5 minute.
  3. 3
    Mix cornstarch & 1/2 cup tomato juice until smooth.
  4. 4
    Add mixture & shrimp to vegetables. Cook till mixture boils, thickens, & shrimp turns pink. Let simmer 1 hour.

    Serve over rice.
