DH and I thought this was okay. Nothing spectacular, but it was a nice change from the usual ho-hum canned corn. Thanks for posting!

We really enjoy corn dishes around here, & this one is no exception ~ A GREAT CORNY DISH! I used a mild cheddar, but another time would like to try it with an extra sharp cheddar! Thanks for sharing a great recipe! [Tagged, made & reviewed in All New Zaar Cookbooks Tag]

I used mozzeralla and liked the corn this way. My kids, however, didn't like it at all.
