Yummy Buttermilk-banana Muffins

YUMMY! YUMMY! I need to use up all my perishables before we go on vacation. So I made up this recipe. They turned out so good. I am putting this on the zaar before I forget what I used in them. I am definately keeping this one.

SERVES 17 (change servings and units)

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    Beat eggs until foamy.
  3. 3
    Add wet ingredients.
  4. 4
    Mix until creamy.
  5. 5
    Add dry ingredients.

    Mix well.

    Pour into greased muffin tins and sprinkle a pinch of sugar on top of each muffin.

    Bake for 15-20 minutes.

    They are done when they are brown around the edges and bounce back when you touch them.
