This is a drink I like to do for 2 people. For 2 people, it's strong and fun But it can be for 3 or 4 people. I always use Tropicana Orange juice in drinks. This comes from there : http://www.barmeister.com/drinks/recipe/1695/?o=by_letter

SERVES 2 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

  • 5 ounces rum
  • 4 ounces triple sec
  • 3 ounces Tia Maria
  • 20 ounces orange juice

Directions

    Fill blender with ice and the ingredients. Blend 15 seconds. Pour into glass. Makes more than one -- .

    This is a fun drink. I used Cointreau in place of Triple Sec, since that's my norm. I also used Bicardi white rum. I'm not sure I quite get the Tia Maria flavor, but am certainly willing to make again and explore this concept further! Thanks, Boomette! Made for Bevy Tag.
