My brother wanted cookies... even though the rest of the family is trying to cut back. I had to find something, so I made these. He was very satisfied, but I'm making more tomorrow. Great "diet" cookies. *Made these again but I added some heart healthy walnuts to the dough along with the chocolate chips.

These are really good! Perfect for a craving, or if you have kids who need to watch their intake too, like I do. Don't be afraid of the oil - in such a small amount (2 tsp), it is perfect. I love that this doesn't make a TON of cookies that you have to have hanging around, taunting you for days.

These are great cookies! I have been making them for about a year now for my children. I double the recipe and add a tablespoon or 2 of ground flax seed. I also replace about 1/3 of the white flour with whole wheat flour. My kids and their friends love these and don't even realize that it's a healthier version of the traditional CC cookie. Thanks for the recipe!

I made these tonight and they were great. Filling but really delicate. I used 1/2 the chocolate chips and I think they would be GREAT with a dash of cinnamon in them and no chips. I baked for 10 mins and they were really crispy/chewy/rubbery like I love them.
