Very yummy fries! I liked the seasoning mix...not too hot but with a little bit of a punch. They were really easy to make too. I think I ended up baking them for about 40 minutes, and they were all nice and fully baked through. They made a nice side dish. Thanks so much for posting. Made for Theirs, Yours, & Mine Photo tag. (Sorry I was sooo late!!)

Super easy to make, added some Adobe seasoning to the mix, nice kick from the cayenne, very flavorful, one problem...... 3 taters don't make for 6 servings when it's this good! Thanks for sharing a super easy and delicious keeper recipe.

Perfection other than I assumed the oil would be enough grease and didn't grease the pan so they stuck a little. I love the flavor combo. DH gave them thumbs up, probably because of the cayenne. Will be making these often!

Proof positive that eating well and eating healthy can and do go together. These fries were perfect with crispy crunchy exteriors and soft pillowy interiors. The flavors are spot on and zing in your mouth with every bite. Not for tender tongues - unless you cut the pepper - but that wouldn't be the same. Loved these! Made for the Game Room *Spring Spectacular*.
