Tasty potatoes, flavorful and easy to make! I just mixed the sauce ingredients in a big bowl, then tossed my potato slices in there until they were well coated. DH doesn't like sweet potatoes so I used a regular potato for him and that was great too. Thanks for posting this recipe!

Oops... never reviewed this! We made it as written once but to me it just tasted like it had a BBQ sauce on it. Hubby felt that the sauce made it burn too easily so we have used the technique but put BBQ on it toward the end. Today I'm trying it with Barbecue Rub. I expect it should turn out great!

Easy and tasty! I didn't watch mine close enough, so they got a bit too "crispy", but they still tasted good. I think these would be good with barbecue sauce on the side for dipping. I didn't have any on hand, so I dipped them in honey mustard, which was pretty good. Thanks for sharing!
