This is a sweet, tasty marinade that goes especially well with pork and chicken.

3/4 cup (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1
Mix all ingredients together and use for a marinade prior to cooking the pork or chicken.
  2. 2
I also set some aside at the beginning and use it to brush over the meat the last few minutes it is cooking. This makes enough marinade for 1 1/2 - 2 pounds of meat.

Very nice marinade. I also added red pepper flakes for a bit of heat. Marinaded two bone-in chicken breasts in the fridge for 6 hours. Very flavourful and juicy. Thanks for sharing.

This is an awsome recipe. I made this chicken into an oritental salad with mandarin oranges and chow mein noodles, so great and full of flavor.

5 stars for sure! This tastes somewhat similar to the Orange Chicken that hubby often requests and this was just as tasty. It was super simple to put together before work. I marinated 2 large chicken breasts for 6 hours and baked at 375 for an hour. I did add some red pepper flakes for heat, but other than that, I would never change a thing. I love how the sauce kind of carmelized in the high heated oven and we devoured our chicken! Very moist and very delish!
