William Shatner's Banana Nut Bread

I got a lot of these, I bought tons of recipe boxes from an auction recently, they are all on hand written index cards. NOTE: none of these have time or servings on them so I am guesstimating those.

SERVES 12 , 2 loafs (change servings and units)

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

    Cream together butter, eggs, honey and yogurt.
  3. 3
    Mash bananas well with fork; stir in baking soda and set aside.
  4. 4
    Mix together flour, bran, salt and remaining mixture.

    Add bananas; mix well.
  6. 6
    Hand stir in nuts.
  7. 7
    Pour into buttered 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.

    Bake for 1 hour or until tooth pick inserted in center comes out clean.

    Remove from pan and cool on rack.
