This is an extremely refreshing desert. Perfect to be served on a hot summer day. I have yet to prepare this for someone who didn't beg me for the recipe... You will impress your guests with this!

SERVES 4 , 1/2 cup (change servings and units)

    Clean berries and set aside.

    Reduce White wine.
  3. 3
    Add tea and vanilla beans.

    Add mint and blanch fruit immediately place fruit bowl on ice to stop the fruit from cooking.

    Place soup in refrigerator to chill at least 1 hour.
