White Frosting goes real good on Tutti-Frutti Cake.

SERVES 8 , 8 on pieces of cake (change servings and units)

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups sugar
1/3 cup water
2 egg whites
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

Put sugar, water, and unbeaten egg whites in double boiler over hot water.

Beat constantly for 4 minutes.

Add flavoring and continue cooking until frosting is of consistency to spread.

Remove from hot water and continue beating until cool.

very nice fluffy, but if you don't follow the directions correctly you get soggy frosting
