This was VERY good. I doubled the butter recipe and subbed in seasoned salt for salt. We loved this. The fillets I used had skin left on them so I sauteed on skin side first until crisp. OMG, these are so good. My family ate everything including the extra butter and seasoning left in the pan?!?! I served this with rice pilaf and sauteed spinach.....such a great meal. Thank you for sharing this with us.

My fish-loving husband and sons thought this was too bland. I followed the recipe exactly, and used cod.

I changed this recipe slightly as I was looking for a low fat fish sauce i.e. This was absolutely delicious and easy to make. I made it with some sauteed mushrooms and 2, 136g packets of LIPTON Butter & Herb Noodles. They really complimented each other and were very quick to make.

This was sooo yummy!! I also used a cheaper fillet but it was great! Hubby loved it as did the kids who really don't even like fish. Thanks for this great recipe!!
