White Chocolate Mousse

This is a delicious treat is easy to make. Prep time does not include two hours chilling time.

    In heavy saucepan over medium-low heat, combine chocolate and 2/3 cup cream.

    Cook and stir until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.

    Cool to room temperature.
  4. 4
    In small mixing bowl, beat remaining cream with confectioners' sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.

    Fold about 1/4 cup into chocolate mixture.
  6. 6
    Fold in remaining whipped cream mixture.
  7. 7
    Spoon into dessert dishes.
  8. 8
    Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours.

    Quick and easy. I melted the chocolate in a double boiler over simmering water. Next time I make this I will add more whipped cream as I thought it was to much chocolate. Thanks for sharing this recipe Lainey

    my gosh this is absolutely heavenly, make certain to use a good quality white chocolate for this, I grated more white chocolate on top before serving, my family loved this thanks for sharing Lainey!
