Best recipe I've tried for Chicken Chili. My DS likes it better than "red chili" made w/ hamburger. I used dried beans that I partially cooked in water, then finished cooking in chicken broth. I leave out the sour cream & let each put their own in their bowls, b/c our teens don't it. I add 1-2 tablespoon(s) lime juice. Very good!

Really loved this recipe - it was a big hit with the whole family. The only substitutions I made were: - Extra Virgin Olive Oil instead of Vegetable Oil - Organic, Low-Sodium chicken broth - Fresh Oregano Will definitely make this on a regular basis. It was delicious!

This was a most delicious dish! I added a can of white corn, and used a packet of McCormick's White Chicken Chili spices, to add more flavor. To cut down in fat, I used low-fat sour cream and omitted the whipping cream...it was absolutely wonderful. Thanks for the recipe!

I've never tried white chili, but I'm going to try this one. Sounds great. If you are trying to omit the cream and sour cream and want to thicken the chili try reserving some of the beans and mash or puree them. They should add some amount of thickness back to the chili. I'm so glad its fall and I'll be trying this one soon. Thank you.
