Tasty! I made as directed and was a bit surprised that it didn't thicken more - I guess I was expecting more of a chili consistency. Mine turned out more like a thicker soup, but no matter - DH and I enjoyed it very much.

I've been searching for a really good chicken chili recipe. This one is perfect, because it is uncomplicated to make and tastes great. I did substitute one can of diced jalepenos for one of the green chiles. Gave it a little extra zip.

This was a most delicious dish! I added a can of white corn, and used a packet of McCormick's White Chicken Chili spices, to add more flavor. To cut down in fat, I used low-fat sour cream and omitted the whipping cream...it was absolutely wonderful. Thanks for the recipe!

I've never tried white chili, but I'm going to try this one. Sounds great. If you are trying to omit the cream and sour cream and want to thicken the chili try reserving some of the beans and mash or puree them. They should add some amount of thickness back to the chili. I'm so glad its fall and I'll be trying this one soon. Thank you.
