This was the easiest and most delicious topping for ice cream I have tried. I just made enough for 150 ladies for our Ladies Night Out, and they were all begging for more. So happy I found this site.

Oh Lordy!!!! This is to die for.I made it and everyone raved about it.It sure did dress up plain old vanilla ice cream.I cut the amount of nuts in half because I wanted more of the caramel,I also toasted the pecans .Next time I think I will try some Rum Extract in place of Vanilla.Thanx for sharing such a good recipe
