I made this this morning using a cup of frozen cantaloupe, omitting the ice, eyeballed the oj, half a block of soft tofu and just a squirt of honey, blitzed it in the blender and I was out the door. I also added some bits of pineapple for fun. It was very smooth and delicious, perfect for this hot and muggy morning!
