Wow, this was great! I made it in my frying pan, with Mexican Red Rice underneath & the chicken on top of it, then simmered for about 40 mins. Everything came out perfectly. Thanks for sharing this winner.

I used my crock pot instead of baking in the oven. I poured the salsa over the chicken and cooked on high for 3-4 hours. It was the best chicken dish my family ever had. They all raved about it and I loved it because it was so easy and so WW legal!! I served the chicken over brown rice and topped it with the sour cream.

I was very pleased with this meal. I liked to mix the salsa and sour cream together with the chicken. Very tasty! Would recommend. Could serve with mexican rice for a side. Thanks for the recipe!
