This Worcestershire sauce- and garlic-spiked burger recipe is part of Weight Watchers Perfectly Simple series. Simply add a few highly flavored ingredients to lean ground beef and you can enjoy tasty burgers in minutes. Great toppings for these juicy patties include tomato and red onion slices, pickles and spicy mustard. 5 pts per serving.

SERVES 4 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

  • cooking spray
  • 1 lb uncooked 93% lean ground beef (with 7% fat)
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon table salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
  • 4 reduced-calorie hamburger buns

Directions

  1. 1
    Coat a large griddle, outdoor grill rack or stovetop grill pan with cooking spray and preheat to medium-high.
  2. 2
    In a large bowl, combine beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt and pepper. Mix well and shape mixture into 4 patties, about 1-inch thick each.

    Place burgers on hot griddle or grill and cook 5 minutes per side for medium (or longer until desired doneness).

    Serve burgers on buns with your favorite 0 POINTS value toppings.

    wonderful juicey, drip down your chin burger!! We will make these often, so simple and quick. Served with mustard, relish, walla walla onion, summer tomato and melty cheddar cheese, mmm mmm good!!!

    Delicious!! Flavorful and juicy! My 6 and 2 1/2 year olds really liked it too. I followed the recipe exactly as written. Thanks for such a great recipe
