I made a sort of fattening version with full fat asiago cheese, and non fat milk-it's what i had. i made 1/2 the recipe so only baked uncovered for @ 40 minutes, covered for another 20-added the rest of the cheese, covered and didnt even need to broil after that. THIS WAS SO GOOD.

WOW!!! Should be more than 5 stars!! Only problem with this recipe is that it made only 4 servings for us (4 BIG servings as we couldn't stop eating it!!!). Used low-fat mozzarella. Thanks so much Kit for another great recipe!!

This recipe tastes just perfect! Great for the cheese and starch craving, LOL! My entire family enjoyed these very much! I fixed these potatoes with the weight watchers Pork Tenderloin with mustard sauce Pork Tenderloin with Lemon Mustard Sauce - WW 5 Points. I will make again, possibly even seeing if this can be done as a make ahead and freeze side. I have even wondered, while these were baking about putting in some lean ham chunks to make a main dish meal out of them. Add a veggie and a great meal! Thanks for sharing Kitten!
