Decided to give WW another try and as I love so many of their soup recipes - decided to give this one a try... and we LOVED it!!! First time using fresh cilantro - and LOVED it!!! And salsa in the soup... LOVED it!! Didn't add any flour or sour cream - LOVED it as is! Thanks Janet!

This is so good! Filling and very flavorful. Next time I may add red beans or black beans for a protien boost.

Yummy and a wonderful way to get some veggies. I skipped the flour and found I liked the soup better without the sour cream. A little cheese on top would be fantastic, so would adding some cooked chicken. Would suggest homemade chicken stock (always better) and simmering until celery is tender, I left mine a bit too crunchy. Very colorful and smells wonderful when cooking. Thanks for sharing the recipe!

Five stars, considering it is only 50 calories! I served it will a little cheese, and it was great. I would recomend simmering the celery along with the onion.
