Alton Brown's recipe--soooo good!

SERVES 8 , 1 quart (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Puree melon in food processor until smooth.
  2. 2
    add remaining ingredients and process 30 seconds.
  3. 3
    refrigerate mixture until it reaches 40 degrees F.
  4. 4
    pour chilled mixture into canister of icecream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's directions.
  5. 5
    pour sorbet into freezer safe container and freeze for 3 to 4 hours before serving.
