A nice smoothie to serve to kids and adults on hot summer days. Recipe from My Daily Moment newsletter.

SERVES 1 , 12 ounces (change servings and units)

    Add watermelon, lime juice and sugar to blender and process until smooth.

    Pour watermelon mixture into a 12 ounce glass full of ice and garnish with mint.

    Serve immediately.

Very good, but needed to add a few ounces club soda in order to blend effectively.

    Pretty good, nice and refreshing. I used a fresh organic lime for the juice and regular white sugar. I like Refreshing Watermelon Lemonade more than this one. Made for Ramadan Tag.

    Had some watermelon I needed to use in the fridge and me being one who hates to throw anything away found your recipe just in time. I had 4 cups of watermelon and so adjusted the rest of the ingredients accordingly. This is a great tasting slushy and I thank you for posting. Made as a recipenap for Veg-n-Swap.
