Yummo, this so reminds me of the drinks my husband & I sipped on in Vanuatu on our honeymoon, much enjoyed, thanks for posting!

Yum! I'd never had a watermelon Mai Tai before and this was great! I didn't have pineapple juice, but had fresh pineapple, so I blended that in with the watermelon. it still came out delicious!

oooh how yummy!!! i used a little less than half of a mini watermelon cause i wasn't sure how much 500 g was. also my pineapple juice was unfortunately older than i thought and had to use orange juice as a sub. but it was still a great drink! definately going to make these again in the summer!
