Made this as a side dish to go with my hubby's enchiladas. Had to use yoghurt in the place of sour cream as none available at the supermarket. We really enjoyed the creamy yet tart taste. Next time I might leave some bits of artichoke a bit bigger. We added chopped raw onion to the top for a bit of crunch. For sure we'll have this again. Tx Dana-MMH

Made this for an appetizer tonight and it was delicious, smooth and creamy. I love the addition of sour cream to this traditional favorite!

I made two changes - I added a can of green chilies and a cup of grated cheddar cheese and served with crackers. Great dip! Thanks for posting!

This was another dish that I added to my appetizer dinner menu. So glad I did. I made hot wings and it was a good contrast to the heat. So easy, I did add sauteed garlic and the flavors were wonderful, served with toasted pita. Yum! You did good girlfriend!
