I served this over plain spinach leaves and was surprised to notice my DH ate all of the salad before he took a bite of anything else. The garlic really adds a deeper flavor. What surprised me the most was the sweet flavor, which I love in dressings, but there's no sugar in it(first dressing I've enjoyed without sugar!) Roxygirl

Very tasty dressing! What a nice alternative to buying expensive bottled dressings. You can alter the "kick" by how big the garlic clove is that you use. For added flavor I sprinkle walnuts over the salad. Thank you Ginna for a fine recipe that I'll make many times over!
