A classic boat drink. This is really smooth!

SERVES 1 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces dark jamaican rum
  • 1 ounce creme de banane
  • 3 ounces guava nectar
  • 1 ounce prepared prepared sweet-and-sour mix
  • 6 ice cubes
  • 2 teaspoons grenadine

Directions

  1. 1
    Place rum, creme de banana, guava nectar, sweet and sour mix, and ice in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorusly.
  2. 2
    Strain into a serving glass, with a little ice, if you prefer.
  3. 3
    Add 2 tsp grenadine and allow it to settle to the bottom; do not stir.
  4. 4
    Serve.
