A quick homemade Salad Dressing.
SERVES 2
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- fresh ground black pepper
- 3 tablespoons orange juice or lemon juice
Directions

Mix Vinegar, Juice, salt, pepper together. Add Oil and whisk till blended.2
Pour over your favorite salad.
