A delicious Italian dressing from my mother-in-law.

SERVES 32 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

1 cup white wine
1 cup olive oil
1 cup salad oil
1 cup balsamic vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
1 teaspoon tarragon leaf
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon basil
salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

Whisk all ingredients together until completely blended and serve.

This will make 32 servings, 2 T each.

Good flavor dressing. Like most dressings, the flavor is better after being refrigerated for several hours.

Thanks for sharing Lainey but I'm afraid its not our cup of tea, we found the dressing too oily for our taste. I will be using the rest of the dressing to roast mini potatoes; I'm positive they will be wonderful.

This is one of the best vinaigrettes I have ever tasted. My DH loved it and he isn't usually a fan of Italian dressings. I cut this back to 1/4 and still have enough for another dinner. Made and reviewed for ZWT4. Thanks for posting.
