We really liked this bruschetta! It was like a ham and Swiss melt with a great Dijon flavor! DH2B ate all of them and left only one for me! I used Kittencal's Soft White Baguette-style Bread Kittencal's Soft White Baguette-Style Bread that i added provolone slices to the inside for the base. Delicious!

Very easy and delicious. I added a little black pepper on the tomatoes, used mozzarella cheese instead of swiss, and used canned tomatoes (VERY well-drained and de-seeded). DH and I loved it. Will definitely make again. With it I served one can each whole kernel corn-white beans-Rotel mixed together, and asparagus. Great lunch.
