This is exactly how I make my potatoes (minus the onion)!! No need to try yours, I know it is delicious!

I used Yukon Gold potatoes for this recipe and followed Silent Cricket's directions from there and omitted the grated cheese. These potatoes are creamy and flavorful and fit for a dinner party. I will be serving these often! Excellent recipe and worthy of 5 stars!

These were "over the top" fabulous! I doubled the recipe for a small dinner party of 15 and there was not a bit left! I also was not sure what type of cheese to top them with, so I used sharp cheddar. These reminded me of twice baked potatoes without the shell
