A fresh dip makes eating good veggies even better

SERVES 10 (change servings and units)

Directions

    Place all items in blender/Moulinex and puree, or put in bowl and use hand blender to make smooth consistency.

    Chill for 1 hour before serving with vegetables.

    Awesome dip! Made it for 4th of July picnic and people were raving about it. I too, loved the flavor and the fresh herbs. I used regular sour cream and mayo because that's what I had on hand and a little more garlic. It's really worth taking the little bit of time to make your own dip; I made that decision after reading the ingredients in the store bought varieties when I thought of being lazy. This is a definite keeper! Next time I will go light. Thank you for sharing!
