About a month ago I was in Russia and everyone loved the borscht that the babushkas' made for us. Luckily when I came home I found a vegetarian version so I would know what I was missing out on. Here it is... be sure and serve with lots of dill and sour cream (2 huge things over there!) *And for the woman who rated me badly saying that there were too many beets in it: I would like to add that Borscht traditionally is beet soup!
