I LOVE this queso dip. My 5 vegan children adore it also, as well as adults I've served it to! It's simple to make, and smells and tastes divine. No need for any additions or changes - it's PERFECT the way it is. Thank you, Carol, for posting this recipe!

This ROCKS!!! I could not wait on a crok pot, so I sauted the red onion in a dab of olive oil, then threw everything else in. Let the cheese melt and WOW! I can see a ton of different items you could add to this. I put cilantro on the top for presentation. Next time I might add fresh, chopped tomatoes to the end. I will have to have this at least once a month.

This recipe is super yummy! My guests couldn't keep their chips out of it! I used low fat cream cheese and omitted the red onion. Still good! I highly recommend this!

excellent - took to a potluck and everyone loved it (mostly carnivores there) and didn't realize it was vegan!
