Vegan Artichoke Bean Dip

Recipe #77901 | 1 hour | 15 min prep | add private note

By: Erica Hranicka
Dec 4, 2003

This is an appetizer that gets eaten in about 15 minutes at a potluck, and is really easy. I could eat it with a spoon, but usually use some good bread or crackers to dip with. I usually double this for a larger group of folks because everyone always cries for more.

1 dip (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1
Blend all ingredients together, adding artichoke hearts last (or just chop them finely and add, depending on the texture you want).
  2. 2
Put in a glass baking dish (pie dish works great).
  3. 3
Sprinkle the top with nutritional yeast, or veggie parmesan.
  4. 4
Bake at 300 for 45 minutes, or until completely warmed through.

I have been looking for a recipe like this forever. I like this cold spread on a wrap filled with vegan mozzarella. I only used a tiny bit of nutritional yeast....
