I took your idea of upside down pizza - and turned it into a chicken pot pie! I took the meat from a store roasted chicken, added a canned GF equivalent to cream of chicken soup, some milk, frozen veggies and cheddar cheese. Poured the topping over top - and voila - chicken pot pie! I did not rate this recipe - my thank you for the idea!

Made this with ground turkey since I'm not much of a sausage kind of girl... DELICIOUS! It was sooo easy to make, smelled heavenly, and hit the spot. Thumbs up!

I liked this, but only after I let it cool for about 20 minutes. I tried having it a couple of minutes after I took it out of the oven and it was not very good. Once it cooled off, it was great. It was very easy to make and made great leftovers!

This was really easy, really good and a great birthday dish for my celiac roommate and all of her non-celiac friends. you honestly can't tell at all that it's gf, everyone appreciated it. to cater to the vegetarian of the group, we did mushrooms and onions instead of sausage
