I agree....these are restaurant quality, and so simple that I may never order them when out again. I served them with crusty french bread and a refreshing cucumber salad. Thanks for posting.

For my first experience with fresh clams this recipe was wonderful. I used curry powder in place of pepper flakes.

This was very easy and delicious. I added some sliced baby bellas when the garlic was cooking and all through the cooking process and served it over bucatini pasta. We found it a keeper.

This was yummy! Just a word of warning...use less lemon juice first and then taste it before adding the rest. I think my lemon half was too large b/c it tasted too strongly of lemon. I think I'd also maybe try adding some veggie or chicken broth to the wine for a bit more flavor. Can't wait to try it again.
