My sister-in-law's recipe!

SERVES 12 , 4 cups (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1
Add garlic to food processor and mince.
  2. 2
Cut cucumber into chunks, add to food processor and mince.
  3. 3
Put this mixture into a strainer, and let the juice drain out for 1 minutes or so. (I drink it -- a little strong, but very refreshing, and very healthy.).
  4. 4
(If you have regular yogurt, you need to drain it, using a clean towel in a strainer. I get the 'Greek style' yogurt from Trader Joe's, which is already drained.).
  5. 5
Put the mixture back into the food processor and add yogurt, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper to taste.
