I was looking for something quick to make the other night with a package of ground turkey and found your recipe. I had everything, but the catsup (don't really like it). I substituted barbecue sauce for the catsup and it was REALLY GOOD. I will be making this again.

My husband is a a meatatarian who loves his beef. My son prefers chicken nuggets to anything. My husband only eats turkey at thanksgiving with all the fixings. We had this for Sunday dinner. We added some mushrooms because we had some in the the fridge. My husband wants to make two batches the next time and my son asked for thirds. They can't wait until we make it again!

My husband doesn't like ground turkey, but this meatloaf is the ONE exception. The consistency is fantastic - it stays together perfectly and has a wonderful flavor. I tried using just one pound of turkey and it worked fine, I just added a few more breadcrumbs (saltines). I don't usually add much ketchup on top, just a little for color. Thanks so much for this recipe - it's saved me on many busy nights!

I made this recipe into meatballs to go with spaghetti, and my husband, who doesn't normally like meatballs, raved about how wonderful they were!! He said they were the best meatballs he has ever tasted. And I agree! This recipe is a keeper. I'll be making it often from now on, both as "meatloaf meatballs", and as meatloaf. Thanks for a great recipe!!
