My BH & I didn't care much for these. We love turkey burgers and thought this would be nice change to our regular recipe. The only change we made was subbing pepper jack for the monterey. We like the sweet/hot effect. The burgers burnt quickly, I feel due to the sugar. And the mango chutney didn't add to the flavor. I felt some more substantial flavor was missing. I was disappointed.

Delicious. Everyone of the six people served these loved them. My son in law ate the leftovers. Terrific recipe.

This was made for the cookathon for you KelBel to honor the memory of your husband Eric. It is the best Turkey burger I have ever tasted, The Mango Chutney I used was made by a friend. I subbed cottage cheese for the sour cream and used a lite cheese. The combination of flavors is wonderful. Just the right balance of spices. It will be made again and again
