This was a recipe that I made with my Girl Scout troop when teaching them some cooking methods.Of course, since THEY made them, they LOVED them. Actually, so did I!

SERVES 20 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

    Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. 2
    Mix together the tuna, mayonnaise, onion juice, and curry powder.
  3. 3
    Separate the biscuits and with a rolling pin, roll them out approximately 1/4 inch thick.
  4. 4
    Place a spoonful of tuna mixture on one half of dough nd fold the other half over and seal the edges with a little water.
  5. 5
    Press edges with a fork to close.
  6. 6
    Brush tops with butter.
  7. 7
    Bake 8-10 minutes or until golden.

    These are good hot or cold -- and they travel well.

I made these, substituting dill weed for the curry powder. On half of them I placed a small piece of American cheese (like tuna melts). They were good, with and without the cheese. Great for a light lunch with a cup of soup. Made for Zaar Chef Alphabet Soup Game.
