What a great pantry meal!! I will be making these again. The only think I would change is to use less milk. My patties were a little wet and I was squeezing out liquid as I made them. I served them with Dill Sauce and sauteed zucchini spears. Would be good with canned salmon too. This is going in my repeats folder. Thanks!

Easy peasy and very tasty. I got two very good sized burgers out of this, just right. Thanks! ** update** made these again last night but this time sprayed them lightly with olive oil spray (to cut down on the fat) and baked them at 350 for 20 minutes, flipping them after 10. Worked like a charm!

We both loved these burgers. I made them up in the morning for dinner. I made a double batch and froze half. It worked well. Not a fan of dill, I used fresh oregano and basil.
