I could not believe how good this little cocktail was - the recipe could not be simpler! I found this one online at www.drinksmixer.com

SERVES 1 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces amaretto almond liqueur
  • 2 ounces malibu coconut rum
  • ice

Directions

  1. 1
Either place amaretto and Malibu in a shaker with ice, or directly into a well-chilled cocktail glass.
  2. 2
Either way, combine well and serve well-chilled.

Both DH & I enjoyed this drink very much. I loved how simple it was. Very smooth. DH likes just about anything with coconut rum in it. Thank you very much for sharing!

This combination was very good. I was hesitant because I usually do not like strong tasting martinis. This one though was great.
