Its full of vitamins!

SERVES 2 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup pineapple, cubed
  • 1 cup papaya, cubed
  • 1/2 cup red pepper, cubed
  • 1/3 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons coriander, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili pepper flakes

Directions

  1. 1
    Chop all the above mentioned fruits.

    Mix all of them in a bowl with the vinegar and the red chilli flakes.

    Serve chilled.
