WONDERFUL!!! I made 2 loaves instead of muffins, and they came out beautiful! (350 for 55 minutes.) I did cut back a wee bit on the cloves for our taste and used 1/8 tsp. , and subbed about 2 cups blueberries for the raisins. (I would've liked to have tried it with raisins, but my hubby didn't. ROLLIN' my eyes!) But it turned out great, lucky for him.
LOL! LOVED the rum and macadamias in it!Made for the ZWT5!
