I love this dip. I can't remember where I got the recipe, but it is a family favorite. Hope you like it!

1 dip (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1
    Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. 2
In a food processor, blend artichoke hearts, garlic, romano cheese and parmesean cheese until minced but not pasty.
  3. 3
    (Mine takes about 15 seconds).
  4. 4
    Transfer to a mixing bowl.
  5. 5
Add all remaining ingredients and stir until well blended.
  6. 6
The mixture should be pretty thick.
  7. 7
Spray a shallow oven proof serving dish with cooking spray.
  8. 8
Transfer mixture to serving dish and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and consistency is dip-like.
  9. 9
Remove from oven and serve immediately.
